Orphictone string instruments are handmade in Bulgaria by a group of makers using traditional methods. The wood is well-dry Balkan maple, with aged spruce tops. Instruments are offered both "on white" and spirits varnished. Varnished instruments are set-up with ebony, rosewood or boxwood accessories. Each instrument bears a unique Orphictone number and it is accompanied by certificate. Those instruments are perfect choice for the advancing students. We think nobody else can offer such quality at this price.
